21st century skills
The term "21st century skills" refers to a wide range of knowledge, skills, work habits, and character traits that are thought to be critical to success in present era, especially in collegiate programmes and contemporary careers and workplaces, by educators, school reformers, college professors, employers, and others. In general, 21st century skills can be employed throughout a student's life in all academic subject areas, as well as in all educational, career, and civic situations.
The 12 qualities that today's students need to thrive in their careers in the Information Age are known as 21st Century skills.
